These notes and reviews can be used to help you improve the level of service being offered in your facility by your physicians, if it needs to be improved.

For instance, there are some healthcare directors who choose to have their establishments undergo regular reviews, as well as their staff. Should you choose to do this, you may want to think about mixing it up with external and internal reviews. You may even want to think about reviewing each new physician that comes in and works for you and then doing so again after a few months to track their progress, as it will have an overall impact on your healthcare facility and the success of it.
