For long, we did not protest against the use of such a term we readily submitted to this term and we were happy to enjoy the trivial perks that came with this nomenclature. Here we are today, trying to stand up on our feet with the pressure of submission that we have exercised in the past that thrusts on our shoulders. However, this is not the time to find fault or point fingers. It is high time that we start equipping ourselves so that we qualify when we get the right opportunities.
