An outline is essential for writing a quality article. This outline brings you a clearer focus on your thinking. It includes a heading, introduction, body and the conclusion. Always decide on the length of the article in advance. We should always compile a list of possible sources for us to consult. This can include documents, magazines and people we talk to.

The introduction part introduces the problem you will be talking in your article or write a simple story that you encountered with the problem. The body will discuss all the solution methods to the problem you outlined in the introduction. Break up each point into separate paragraphs and keep them to about 5 lines. You need to ensure it flows well by clearly identifying the problem, providing a solution and concluding with an action step or steps. Get your friend else to read it over. Often they will find the problems that you missed.
