Yeast Infection Back Pain

    View:
If your yeast infection keeps coming back then you're in the same situation that 5% of women get into at some point in their life. Some women suffer from recurrent yeast infections for months while some suffer for years. If your Candida overgrowth is continually giving you reminders that it is present in your body there is a reason for your problem. It can easily be cured, but first you need to find the underlying cause.

We'll start off with the biggest cause of yeast infections, and that is the use of antibiotics. Antibiotics are prescribed so often now, and they're prescribed for infections that don't even need antibiotics. This is because a prescription of antibiotics gets patients out of the doctor's surgery quicker, and they help to keep the medical industry funded.

Antibiotics cause vaginal Candida infections because they destroy all of your body's natural defences so the Candia Albicans yeast is allowed to mutate into an aggressive fungus. This fungus will feed on the cells of your body, and it will gradually impair your health.

Another cause of Candida overgrowth in your body is a weakened immune system. Your immune system will help keep infections away from you if it is running at its best. If it's weak then most bacteria and fungus will be able to infect you as a healthy immune system will start fighting infections as they start. Your doctor can check your health to see if there is any reason why your immune system could be weak.

An underlying illness or health condition can cause recurrent yeast infections. Diabetes is one because of the fluctuating blood sugar levels it can cause. If you suffer from diabetes and Candida infections you could monitor your sugar levels more or speak to your doctor about changing your medication.

Immune suppressing illnesses such as the HIV/AIDS virus will cause chronic yeast infections. Unfortunately this is an illness that won't allow you to cure the infection. You can only take drugs to control it because with this virus your immune system will always be weak.

The birth control pill is another cause. It changes hormone levels which can alter blood sugar levels. All this activity in your body will cause the Candida to mutate. You can speak to your doctor about changing your medication or you can try a different form of birth control.

Wearing tight underwear that doesn't allow your skin to breath will cause vaginal infections. Wearing white cotton instead of nylon is much more beneficial for the air circulation around your genital area, and wearing loose fitting pants will help as well.

If one of these are the cause of your frequent yeast infections then you're already on your way to eliminating the mutated Candida yeast from your body. Learning the cause is only the start to your recovery. You will need to starve the Candida, and kill it to rid your body of this health destroying fungus.
