Yoga Routine For Beginners
In this article I'll provide step-by-step instructions on how to execute an entire penis enlargement exercise routine that consists of both jelqing & stretching.
I was able to use a combination of effective penis exercises and a good penis extender device to increase my penis length by 0.75" (erect length) in the course of a 6 month period. Warm-up Exercise
Before doing the following penis exercises, make sure to go through a warm-up first.
To warm-up, soak a towel in hot but not scalding water, wring out the excess water, and cover your penis with it. Leave it on for 2 minutes. Then repeat this exercise for three or more times.
By going through warm-up, the circulation in your penis is improved to effectively minimize risks of damaging your penis.
Penis Stretching
Through stretching your penis past its maximum erect length by a very small bit every time, the cells in your penis tissue will react to the outside force by dividing. The additional cells will effectively enlarge your penis.
The following stretching exercise will increase the length of the penis but will do little for the girth. Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1)Start with your penis in the flaccid state. Get a firm grip on the head of your penis. avoid gripping so hard that you're stopping blood circulation.
2)Carefully and slowly stretch out your penis straight at 90 degrees from your body. Stretch to its maximum length without your feeling any pain or discomfort. Stretch it out for 5 minutes. At the end of every minute, attempt to stretch your penis out by just a little bit more if you can - again, without feeling any pain or discomfort.
3)Release your penis, and rest for a minute.
4)Swing your penis in circles for 30 or more times to restore blood circulation.
5)Repeat steps 2, 3, & 4, but instead of stretching out your penis straight at 90 degrees away from your body, repeat once for each of these positions: with the penis pointing downwards, upwards, to the left, and then to the right.
6)Lastly, stretch your penis straight out at 90 degree angle away from your body again for 1 minute. Then give your penis ten gental tugs in the same direction.
Penis Jelqing
Penis Jelqing is performed by forcing blood into your penis such that the penis blood chambers will expand permanently to increase penis size.
Warning: Never jelq a fully erect penis. Here are instructions for jelqing:
1)Put a few drops of Vaseline on your penis and spread it over your entire penis.
2)Make a circle with your thumb and index finger around the root of your penis. Then, squeeze and slide upwards until you reach the penis head to force blood to the tip of the penis. This makes a single jelq. When your hand reaches the head, start with your other hand at the base and repeat the motion. Keep alternating hands, making each stroke last about 2 seconds.
3)To break-in your penis at the beginning, execute 200-300 jelqs a day with moderate strength for the 1st week, then 300-500 jelqs every day at moderate to full strength during the second week. From the 3rd week onwards, you can do 500 jelqs or more daily.
If your penis starts to become erect in the middle of jelqing, you can either a)wait for it to go soft naturally or b)jelq harder to reduce the erection.
At signs of any pain, cease jelqing immediately and do not attempt to jelq again until the signs have gone away.
Warming Down
To finish, execute the hot towel wrap again to resume blood circulation in your penis.
Warnings
Take it easy when doing the exercises outlined above. If you do, you risk inflicting injury on your penis.
The exercises above will certainly make your penis bigger, but by a small amount at a time. However, these tiny bits will add up to significant gains in time if you keep up the good work.
