Every time I write about the federal government, I look for something nice to say. But as usual they do just about everything wrong. The article I wrote “Heaven help our medical system if Hilary ever gets elected" depicts the ineptness of socialized medicine and how it is killing people in the countries that have adapted socialized medicine.



Most people do not know that a senior is forced to take Medicare Part A when they reach 65 years of age. Part B is optional. Part A pays for hospital visits. Part A is not optional. You must take it.

I understand that many seniors need Part A. Most retired school teachers, policeman, firefighter, government workers, union worker must enroll in Medicare Part A. although they have full medical coverage The law requires them to take Medicare Part A even though they would be covered under their own medical plan. Isn’t it ludicrous that Bill Gates, the richest american (worth about 58 billion dollars) will be forced to enroll in Medicare Part A when he turns 65.

Most obnoxious of all is Medicare Part A is your primary insurance company. That means Medicare pays the brunt of the claim and your regular insurance company pays the deductible. Quite a savings for the insurance companies. Hum. “Who lobbied for that I wonder?" He thought knowing darn well who it was. It’s a sham and everyone is paying for it.

In my case people say I am a senior. I’m 71. I've been a senior for 11 years since I was 60 years old. I don’t look like a senior. I don’t feel like a senior. I don’t know what a senior is supposed to look and feel like.

I have developed 2 web sites, www.drsforms-systems.com, www.drsenvelopes.com and am designing a third plus I put in a full work day, 5 or 6 days per week and love every minute of it.

I have Medicare Part A and Part B. I still don’t know why I took Part B. Must have been a senior moment.

Best of all I have full coverage. I don’t need Part A or Part B. I don’t need medicare at all.

I was astonished when they told me I must participate in Medicare Part A. I had no choice.

Seniors should not be forced to take Medicare Part A if they are fully covered. The savings could be better used for increasing coverage for those seniors who need Medicare. The additional money could be used to lower the costs of drugs for seniors on Medicare.where Part D (drug coverage) does not go far enough. Maybe they could make Part B free or at least not continuously raise the costs. Or maybe they could lower your taxes (that's a joke folks).

You have been needlessly paying for my medical coverage for 6 years.and every senior who has full coverage.

Just another way for politicians to sound good but in reality are ripping us off.
