If you’re like me, you’ve been AMAZINGLY disappointed with the way property investing has been playing out and the lack of movement in the property market at the moment.
I really think we’re a lot like each other. When I got involved with investing, I did not want to feel held back by my investments. I wanted the freedom, I wanted the money, I wanted the “Investor’s Lifestyle".
My first investment niche was Property. But who knew the investor’s lifestyle consisted of tenants that don’t like to pay rent, mortgage brokers that only think about themselves, lawyers that worry more about themselves than worrying about their client's wants - and don’t get me started about surveyors.
Today - property has great cash-flow, those of us that came out of fixed rates and went onto tracker rates, we are laughing. One of my properties is currently being rented out for £1150 per month, and the mortgage payment is £69 per month.
That’s £1081 POSITIVE cash-flow. GREAT! but…
What people forget is that we get very of these years, the majority of the years, most property entrepreneurs are just on the break even line (due to refinancing and rate changes).
And during those times, is when I started searching for something else. Something that can work NO MATTER the market condition and provide the same CONSISTENT cash-flow. Isn’t this what an “Investor’s Lifestyle" should consist of? Consitent, un-varying cash-flow?
I have to say - I hated the stock market, I knew more people that had lost money with the stock market than had made money. It was all about taking big risks and the small guy always lost. At least that’s what I believed.
Then we found a method (which later became known as The Protected Trader) which allowed me to generate an income, keep our costs low, and - the BEST PART?
NO TENANTS, NO MORTGAGE BROKERS, NO SOLICITORS!
That was 9 years ago. Here is me NOW:
I’m not worried about the property market - because I have a multiple streams of income. With a Zero Risk Investing Strategy.
I love the fact that I can continue to expand my property portfolio and subsidize it from my other cash-flow - while other investors struggle for cash-flow - do you think this would give you an advantage?
I love the fact that I can pay for all my properties for management, I don’t get the phone-calls to change light-bulbs, or that the toilet is clogged. I love it.
I can take time off when I need it, and I’m not enslaved by my investments.
In-fact I’ve even decided to cut down the number of seminars I’m doing to only 4 a year - why because I can, and I want to enjoy LIFE a little more.
And all this is the year which is poised to be the worst financial TURMOIL year FOREVER?
The Protected Trader gives me a HUGE cash-flow and also allows me to invest while trading with Zero Risk.
And the best part of it is, It’s not the money that gets me excited - it’s LEARNING how to manage and run a lifestyle with multiple streams of income.
