Grilling Mahi Mahi |

I've tested out quite a few grilled mahi mahi recipes over the years, but there's one in particular I find gets raves from our guests time and time again. Today I'm going to share this simple recipe for grilling mahi mahi to perfection. Grilled Mahi Mahi with Tropical Salsa The ingredients: About 2 pounds mahi mahi fillets Combine the mahi mahi, teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, and garlic in a large resealable bag. Use your hands to massage the sealed bag so all of the fillets are coated, then let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. While the mahi mahi marinades you can prepare the salsa. In a large bowl combine the following: 1 ripe mango, diced Gently mix salsa ingredients and place bowl in refrigerator until serving. Preheat your grill and set it to medium heat. Be sure to coat the grill rack with cooking spray or oil before grilling the mahi mahi. This will prevent the fillets from sticking to the grill. Grilling mahi mahi doesn't take long. It only takes about 5 to 7 minutes per side, so don't wander off while they're cooking or they'll be ruined. When they're done remove them from the grill and add a spoonful of salsa to each fillet. Your guests will be amazed at the beautiful presentation and mouth watering meal!
