Formosa Delights, 清香馆, was founded in 1998 serving authentic Chinese hand-made noodles complimented by its specially made broth. From its humble beginnings of a single food court outlet in Orchard Road, it has now become a household brand for affordable fine Chinese noodles.

Through its expertise in noodle making, Formosa Delights introduced Dao Xiao Mian (刀削面) to Singapore. Its juicy steamed and fried dumplings have also gained great popularity with its diners.

Over the last 15 years, Formosa Delights has expanded to reach out to more food lovers with 16 food court outlets and 2 casual dining restaurants. Its food court outlets can be found in most food republic establishments. On top of the hand-made noodles, the casual dining restaurants at Clementi Road and West Coast Plaza also serve authentic Chinese dishes.
