Catering/Food Products

The Nasi Padang served at this place is simply delicious, with a wide variety of food selection at your choosing. Pricing wise is also around average considered that the place is quite small and cramped. The things that you need to try at this place are probably the dessert, ice-kachang and the little kuehs kuehs as they are considered one of glory's chef recommendations apart from their well-known glory kaya.

Glory is famous for their kueh and this is one of the type of kueh my colleagues bought back! The flavour is panda and white cake flavour. It is abit sticky and quite bouncy. Therefore it is nice to eat, however i felt the panda colouring taste is abit strong. And the kueh is quite big! (: It will be nicer if it is kept inside the refrigerator!
The mee siam here is unlike the malay mee siam that I am used to and like. The mee siam here is not really hot at all. It\'s more peanutty or something. there are the usual toppings of egg, tau pok, green stuff and bean sprouts. The noodles was nice and separate. But it just wasn\'t spicy enough. The lime squeezed over the top made it more tasty. It was quite salty. I prefer the malay mee siam to this one. This brand is rather overrated as everything I\'ve tried is only average.
I have never quite known about Glory Catering before I tried their food just last Saturday. I was at a family gathering for Mother\'s Day and the host had chose Glory as their choice for catered dinner that night. There were green curry chicken, sayur lodeh, chili fish balls, soon kueh, fried ee mee, and ngoh hiang. The food standard was pretty okay, tasty and satisfying but a little on the oilier side. My favorite was the sayur lodeh, it was really fragrant and bite-sized pieces of the lotong rice were moist.
