GREEN BUILDING CERTIFICATION

LEED by USGBC, Green Mark in Singapore are the main certifications used in context to the Asian region. Most of the local certifications are tag with incentives to promote the change over of buildings to incorporate sustainability measures. We provide certifications for New Buildings, Existing Buildings, Data Centre, Retails, Office and various certifications for different functional spaces.

Our multi-lingual team which consist of mixture of energy engineers and architects are able to provide full support to achieve the certification, from design, simulation, energy modelling , certification documentation to application of incentives.

Sustainability Reporting ; Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is strongly encourage in countries like Singapore and Malaysia. Our consultants will be able to assist in stakeholder engagement and report formulation. We check and provide third party audit certification for GRI reporting .
