About SJI

  • A Catholic secondary school for boys founded in 1852 by the Brothers of the Christian Schools or the La Salle Brothers
  • The 3rd oldest secondary school in Singapore after Raffles Institution and St. Margaret's Secondary School.
  • SJI focuses on nurturing our boys to learn how to learn and to learn how to live so that they can be empowered to grow into men of integrity and men for others.
  • SJI operates based on the values of Faith as our foundation, Service as our way and Community as our support.
  • Hence, the academic and student development curricula focus on providing a balanced and holistic education with a strong emphasis on character formation and leadership development.
