HALO explores the many faces of Vintage in a collection that covers different occasions of use: casual, unconventionally formal, professional, travel, quirky…Vintage becomes a choice for what it represents: romance, quality and timelessness.

A rare combination of dramatic and soft textures and colors that remind us of the warmth and mystery of old movies. A very Halo palette of earth tones inspired by the color of old picture frames and aged scrolls. New and surprising nuances with the beauty of our unique Old Glove leather as the main character: its savaged effects with a silvery sheen make each product glow with a theatrical aura under different lights.

Halo handbags are a combination of style and functionality. Comfortable shapes and sizes, designed with a busy lifestyle in mind. There is a greater focus on leather work rather than an excess of metal parts, ornaments and buckles that is already so overexposed in the handbag market.

Most of the Halo bags are asymmetrical, the style features and decorative elements are only applied to one side and not the other, keeping the design interesting and less rigid.

A return to the essence of leather, allowing it to glow with its own light. Style features are definitely European inspired, with a certain Celtic influence and a touch of British heritage (Penny black or English Team printed linings).

The Leather

At Halo, we develop our own finishing and colours in-house. Every effect and texture is the result of months of creative and technological forces at work. The raw material, aniline cow leather, is imported from South America and Italy and processed by our experts until it looks and feels like a true vintage Halo material.

Slight variations in colour and finishing are to be expected due to time consuming hand-aging process that adds to the beauty and uniqueness of the product.
