Sinful but delicious crispy fried Veg pancake. Various toppings and my fav is with silver fish topping.

The chilli sauce is good, that bring out the taste of its crackers.

Happy veg makes me happy. It definitely makes eating vegetable more bearable though not too much of it but still a nice attempt. This was my first time eating it. It was nice, very crispy but the price is a little on the high side, a normal one with yam is $1.30. There are other variations, like with prawn ($1.80), with chives ($1.30), with crab stick ($1.80) etc. Happy veg is no different from the traditional prawn fritter, the only different is they are using different ingredients to mix with the flour and then deep fried. When you are in the mood for snack next time then perhaps you should give it a try too. You would not be disappointed.
