As per our company logo, we apply French cooking techniques to our dishes with the flair of Asians. Our cook is comfortable in creating Asian versions of European dishes as well as adapting European styles in Asian dishes.
It is our natural commitment to utilise the vast array of Sabah-produced ingredients in our cooking. Imported food items are used only when there are no subsitutes produced in Sabah.
Our multi-course meals will feature a harmonious blend of East & West that flow naturally without being contrived. Wine play an important feature in our complete dining experience. However, we do allow for lihing or beer or liquors in our matchings.
