About Us

Highlander Coffee was started by brothers Phil and Cedric Ho in early 2004. Phil's career then was in engineering and Cedric worked for the IT industry.

The coffee here is really great. It's a pity that it has only one branch, This is near my office so it's good for me but they open very late. I wish they would open earlier.

Highlander’s coffees are made using the wet process unlike most (Starbucks and etc…) that are made using the dry process. The main difference is the amount of froth. The wet uses more milk and less froth while the dry uses equal parts of each. Let’s stop the coffee lecture at that as I am not really the best person to elaborate more on this topic. I have never even remembered finishing a cup of my own, I am known to only take sips from someone.
Highlander Coffee this place is popular, and it's always crowded. definitely a very serious place for coffee lovers.
