Unlike other providers, we at Huber’s Butchery do not pre-pack our meats. Our well-trained butchers are skillfully adapt at cutting, slicing, chopping, pounding, stuffing, scoring and tying your meat on the spot exactly the way you want it, leaving you with more time to craft out your dishes. Be it lamb crowns or roulades, we have the expertise to ensure that your meat is prepared to perfection. On top of that, we will vacuum pack the prepared item to seal in freshness and extend its shelf life. We provide free marinating service for all our meats. Using air-flown spices from Switzerland, we can bring out the best flavors of the meat through the use of perfectly suited spices and marinades. Roasting of meats can be done for as little as $10.
