I like ICA's online service; I am able to renew my passport over the Internet and will receive the email informing about the result within a week. Within two weeks, the passport will be ready for collection and I am able to book the appointment using the online e-appointment to choose the method I wish to collect from: SingPost, ICA Building or at iCollect. iCollect is a machine located in ICA Building but it really is very convenient. Just book a timing using e-appointment for iCollect Machine, bring along your NRIC/Collection Card and your current passport. They will have instructions on the screen; just follow the instructions and you will be able to get your passport within 5 minutes. If you are unsure, there will be staff out there helping you out!
