About Us

Dine authentic Italian cuisine over the rooftop pool from the floor-to-ceiling glass panels at Hilton hotel. Spectacular view by day or night with scenic views of city skyline.

For the best of both world, the chef made us a half half pizza. The distinct and aromatic truffle from can be smelled from a distance when the pizza was served. It came from the Bosco ($45 for whole) that is topped with porcini, home cured Italian sausage and truffle. The other Il Cielo ($50 for whole) is a Neapolitan pizza topped with Maine lobster and caviar. Both Rome style pizzas are made with flour from Vesuviana that were thin and crispy.

Il Cielo is located on the 24th floor of Hilton Singapore, right beside the pool. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is very small, cosy and intimate. I also like the fact that the Italian restaurant is very focused. They only have a few dishes under each category of the menu – because they pride themselves on the quality and standard of every item.
A quiet, cozy Italian dining at the roof-top of Singapore Hilton property. Menu is simpler but the staff will make it better if you give your specifications. Food is good taste at affordable price. The pool side view tables are recommended for romance!
I just had the best Pizza, & the most expensive to date! The Pizza Bosco Porcini @ S$42 excl taxes was my top pick, with bits of cured Italian Sausage & TRUFFLES! Not only were there Black Truffle shavings, the server explained that the Chef also used Truffle Oil in the Pizza & lined the base with Truffle cream sauce. So there\'re actually lots of Truffles in there. I love the earthy mushroomy smell & taste with each bite, especially their crispy waffle-thin crust. Simply the best Pizza I’ve ever tasted to date! For those who’re not familiar with this priceless delicacy, Trufficulteurs use specially-trained dogs to find these buried treasures each year. Truffles are among the most expensive natural foods in the world, selling for hundreds or thousands of US$/pound!I couldn’t get enough of the Pizza, so I ordered a take-out: il Cielo Pizza @ S$48++. This one has a mouthful of Lobster & generous toppings of Caviar on each slice of Pizza. My two guys at home prefer this but Truffles Pizza is no doubt my No. 1!
Adding to the new list of restaurants sprouting out here is il Cielo, an Italian joint @ Hilton S’pore.Their 3-course set lunch is pretty reasonable @ S$35++. My friend took the set lunch but I found the Ala Carte more interesting. It was a gorgeous start. I ordered the Capesante (S$22), which is a trio of Scallops. The fresh & succulent Scallops were presented with Foie Gras & topped with Truffle in wine reduction; wrapped in Pancetta with Parsley foam; Saffron sauce & topped with Caviar. It was a harmonious appetizer for the senses!I’d the Tagliatella (S$28) for the main. The ink-squid pasta was tossed with crab meat, lobster, asparagus & tomatoes. I thought the combination was perfect, but I’d prefer more sauce as it was a little dry. The seafood was lovely. il Cielo has a fantastic variety of interesting Pizzas with ingredients like Lobster, Caviar etc. Too bad I was pressed for time. Would definitely love to try their Pizzas the next time I return.
