How do I Pay?
We accept cash, credit card, bank transfrers and Ipseity gift vouchers. We do not accept NETS yet.

Exchanges and returns?
You can return Ipseity ornament against any manufacturing defect. We will give an exchange or refund depending upon inspecting the ornament and checking availability of a similar product. We encourage though that you check your ornament when you buy/receive and let us know of the defect within 2 days of purchase/receipt.

How often do Ipseity events happen?
Ipseity introduces new range every quarter - which we call as season. Within each season, Ipseity hosts a Season preview, mid season promotions and end of season sale.
