Xypex Concrete Waterproofing by Crystallization™ is a trademarked technology. Xypex reacts with water and the by-products of cement hydration to form insoluble quartz-like crystals in concrete capillary tracts, resulting in permanent in-depth penetration and protection of the concrete structure.
Xypex products have been successfully applied world wide for more than 40 years, and in Singapore since the 80's. Xypex has been applied in projects as diverse as nuclear power plants, tunnels, water storage containers, roof decks, and every day applications such as concrete basements, wet areas and other concrete structures subject to water pressure.
