TANK DEPOT SERVICES Our cleaning and residue disposal methods are highly efficient, with the aid of our high performance Automatic Cleaning System, controlled by a PLC 24 hours daily. We are able to clean two tanks at the same time thoroughly to a great condition at the minimal time possible. We have also invested in a Green Technology - Our Modified Bio-Reactor Waste Treatment System. We are able to treat the residue cleaning water to a neutralized level before drainage. We are also upgrading our environmental friendly system with the Nano-Filtration System and Reverse Osmosis, to bring our technology to a higher level. 2. In-service / Off-hire Repair Kerry-ITS provides all kinds of repair services for ISO Tanks, whether it is minor or major. Our repairs includes interior tank shell insert, grinding, polishing, welding, exterior tank cladding repair, insulation, frame, walkway, painting, valves, decals, thermometer, data plate etc. Kerry-ITS is the first depot to bring in the latest repair technology in Asia - Semi-Automation Robotic Internal Tank Container Grinding System (Robogrind). INTERIOR - Tank shell insert / Grinding / Polishing / Infill / Welding / Pickling & Passivation EXTERIOR - Tank cladding patching / Insulation / Frame / Walkway / Painting / Callibration / Replacement of Parts 3. Inspection / Periodical Testing Our customers have given us the trust to survey their tanks accordingly to ITCO ACC standard, or according to their own customized repair criteria. They have also appointed the third party class surveyors from the major surveying companies to survey their tanks which are repaired by us, with strict inspection standard. ¨ IN / OUT GATE PRE-INSPECTION ¨ CLEANLINESS / OFFHIRE / ONHIRE / JOINT / GAS-FREE INSPECTION ¨ 2.5YEARS AIR / 5YEARS HYDRO PERIODICAL TEST ¨ LEAK TEST / STEAM TUBE TEST ¨ MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION (MPI) / DYE PENETRANT TEST / X-RAY TEST 4. Refurbishment / Modification Other than the maintenance and repair services, Kerry-ITS also provide many other customized solutions for your tanks, such as Refurbishment and Modification. 5. Other Services Other than the maintenance and repair services, Kerry-ITS also provide many other customized solutions for your tanks, such as valve calibration, steam heating, cargo transfer and emergency repair. We also provide value-added servicesto our customers upon request, which include Tank Activity Report, take photos of AV (Available or Repairs Completed) tank and so on. We can provide assistance on our technical expertise, and often attend to customers' premises, PSA (Port of Singapore Authority) or Jurong Island (zone with many chemical plants) for Emergency Inspection and Repair. Safety Management We have obtained the bizSAFE Enterprise Level Star Certification issued by the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) on 26 Aug 2011. Our safety procedures are being carried out throughout the depots, which also include: Risk Assessment, Safety Assessor, First Aid, Fire Drill, Cargo Spillage Drill, Confined Space Drill etc. We can provide assistance on our technical expertise, and often attend to customers' premises, PSA (Port of Singapore Authority) or Jurong Island (zone with many chemical plants) for Emergency Inspection and Repair. All of Kerry-ITS depots had passed the audit by the appointed class surveyor of @TCO (Asia Tank Container Organization), as the Approved Cleaning Station & Depot. Hence, Kerry-ITS has been acknowledged as the standard depot with quality depot management, being safety-focus and environmentally responsible, which increases the confidence of our customers towards us.
