Loved the mozzarella starters, and the al fresco dinning experience. The place was abuzz even on a Sunday night. Definitely coming again.
Latteria Mozzarella Bar is a relatively new place just over a year old if I’m not mistaken but the local food scene is evolving so fast that one can hardly distinguish the definition of new anymore. Choice of indoor and outdoor seating is available and my party chose the rustic indoor seats given our affinity with air conditioning. Based on observation though, outdoor seats tend to be more popular, especially with the expat crowd, which forms a major clientele for Latteria.
Specialty shop with 11 kinds of mozzarella! Fresh Burrata is fantastic. Portions are very generous too.
I am WOWed by theirwide selection of mozzarella. From Bufala to Stracciatella, you name it they have it! (went crazy just by looking at their mozzarella specialties list) For those not out for a mozzarella attack, they do serve pretty decent pasta bakes, spaghetti, grilled seafood and meats. Be warned that portions are huge so its best to go in a big group so you can share and order more! (plus most of the food items are priced $20 and above, quite pricey so its best to share) Overall ambience is nice and cozy with a rustic edge to its interior. I like it that their al fresco area leads to a nice little garden and huge outdoor deck. Spending: Approximately SGD 35(Dinner)
