I'm alright    oh it took a little time    but everything has come together since you left      I got sad    and then I got a little fat    but now I'm finally at my fighting weight again      It's sure dumb   but some days I felt I'd had enough    I guess I really took it on the chin      But by gum    I'm through with waiting round   cause it's time I started letting freedom ring      Now just between us   there were three or four good weeks    before I saw it was a blessing in disguise      I bounced back    and after analyzing all the facts    I'm happy that you're seeing other guys      I'm tall now    and my hair's all long and falling    and I'm learning how to play the violin      I took up tai chi    and bought a puppy    cause I finally started letting freedom ring.
