I have found a friend in Jesus   In Him I can place all my trust   Though I'm fragile in His strength I stand   Jesus is my hope for living   Understanding and forgiving   Greater love has not been shown to man   I have found a friend      Mountains and hills are all his own   The sands of the sea He can number   The glories of heaven are His home   but the greatest of all these wonders...      He walked on the water of the sea   Gave life to the sick and the dying   Died for the sins of a thief and me   I am forever grateful
