The longest night must have an end   As well as a beginning   You engulf me into my senses   My body feels nauseous, head spinning      The phone leers at me   Taunting   Menacing   The hard black plastic is the way I feel about you.   Or the way I want to feel.      Ceiling fall over me   Crush me   Make me believe   That this person i called mine   Is just another vintage piece      My body relaxes   What a gorgeous day it was   Dinner was better than usual   I remember when we made dinner together      Oh how I wish you weren't here.   Why you do this to me, I'll never know.   But the day you decide to take a chance   I will have moved on   To bigger horizons   Exciting new beginnings   And you will just be   Another vintage piece    In a place where I store my mistakes.
