Watching the towers crumble  Pillars of strength ripped away  Corpses litter the ground  That was once held holy  Only emotions cast aside  Corpses leaving me lonely  Reflecting the hatred  Cast in the pools of blood  An endless battlefield  Tombs of the loved  Screaming for direction  In all of the perplexity  Forms of distrust everywhere  Infecting my reality  Watching the temples burn  Foundations that won't hold fire  (smoke) Confusing all senses  But the victim  Of the liar  Endless animosity  In the laughter  Reflecting the thoughtless acts of love  ...or hate  -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
