Blame them, blame me, is just what they said     The crossroad knights have fallen again  The media said this rage won’t end  I know there’s something wrong with the  Kids in my old neighborhood     Their parents were gone for way too long  The heatskore youth thought the laws were wrong    They’ve got makeshift arms, arms locked on you    Save me, mischievous teens swing machetes  No place for normalcy   Save me, rambunctious tots lacking in (march out of) synchrony   Olly olly oxen free, don’t play in my playground     The street lights still burn bright as day  The schools were trashed without delay    Old Joe’s windows were used as doors  Popeye’s cigarettes burned the floors  This time they can’t be stopped  no the kids in my old neighborhood
