when i think i've waited long enough, i need to know you're in control.   i need to feel your guiding hand like never before i feel so alone.   i can't see seed sown. i cast my cares upon you for i know you care about me.   you will be my focus. you will be my compass.   teach me patiece be it severe. lord, i will wait on you.   you withhold no good thing from the ones that you love.   when i thought that i'd stood tall enough,   and i needed not leave god in control, i watched my pride fall.   i watched myself die. it hurt so bad because i was so cold.   i can't see seed sown. i can't find a thing to say to justify my pride.   my humanity is laid out right before my eyes.   brokenness, i've come so far to find you and only by the loving hand of god, my god.   lord, you are worthy of my praise, enthroned in heaven above.   blessed are those who dwell in your presence lord.
