We dangled somewhere funny   Took a turn holding on   When we spoke it made me happy   Looking back over it all      Anthropomorphic as she was   I liked the way things lived for her   Her world was either   Nunnery garden   Or a paradise   Of sorts      I met her in nature   Cut off from ordinary life   A place where sin and knowledge   Seemed neither ugly or cruel   Our love began   With a damning of   Fantasy worlds   And that was that   I was willing   To leave them all behind      You made me shout   Made me scream   Stirred the earth in me   But you just stood there   With good posture   In carefully chosen clothes   Sincere like the new moon   Playful like the runes   Dark colours in the smoke   Around your eyes as you spoke      When we slept you made me dream   Of things I’d never thought of   When we walked our bodies jostled   For the attention that we sought      Proud and clean and passionate   All your creatures around you   The rituals of respect   Were incredibly important
