I have had to listen to the rantings of    Insecure people that have no trouble    Overreacting every time    They see a song or comment they dont like    Figure that their artist isnt talented enough    To sustain some insults from this crazy...    So now in this comparison    We'll see dashboard's faithful reaction       I think its due time    To compare two bands in these rhymes    One band has lyrics that are genuine    Well thought out with analyzations in    The other one likes to complain    Whining is how they stay sane    When something bad happens to them    They cry pout whine put never analyze    One band thinks their lyrics through    Another tries to sell to you    One band can care less if you know who they are    One band wants to be really big stars    One band caters to no one they see    The other loves to be on mtv    One band attracts people of all ages    The other is mainly for the pre-pubiscent stages       Its a comparison    Can you guess?    It's a comparison    Whats next?       This one band will push the envelope till it folds    The other is happy with the status quo    These guys is one have gone through tough yet are strong    For the others life has been easy too long    Can you guess now?    It should be easy    If you can't    Ill continue for thee       One band has the tendency to sell out    The other will not there is no doubt       No i must admit the rest is speculation    But this will make interesting for you dashboard nation    I would bet that one is a conservative    The other would rather die than vote for some idiot named W.       Its a comparison    Can you guess?    It's a comparison    Whats next?       We must answer whats already known.    Can you guess what bands have been under the comb?    Dashboard and Tool I have compared for you?    It should be clear now who is who.       Tool is the one who would never sell out    Tool is the better band here, no doubt!    I must take back that slanderous slam    Is it possible that tool is better than pearl jam?       What the main point of my rambling is?    Look closely what good bands possess!
