The last time i ran home from school dogs chased me home    it was better though this time    it was raining so the old man didn't get the chance to squirt me with the    garden hose       it was better though this time    and I'm not running anymore    I'm better at pac-man than her    and this game over screen's not mine       the next time i walk home I'm going to bring my math book    because i got an 'F'    i think that if there's time I'll go walk down to the arcade to watch the    people play the wrong games       my high score it's been there since i was in the 6th grade    of course that was only just last year    i was playing when i saw her standing by my side she was wearing a space    invaders shirt
