Can you feel the wind as it is blowing?   Do you see the waves crash on the rocks?   Let the elements turn down the volume,   Of the voice inside your head that never stops.      Can you see the sunshine on the mountain?   And do you hear the bird sing it's sweet song?   And though he's gone you see him in the flowers,   And you feel him as he helps you sing this song.      Can you let the past be as a memory?   Do you feel the ocean in your skin?   And is the earth that you inhabit?   Or is it just your mind you're living in?
