There's a epidemic rising like cigarette smoke,   clouding up the city lights, I cant tell which way to go.   Even if I could find my way, I'm not sure I'd find my way home.   Like little girls blowing dandelions across the river bed,   wishing they could get on out of this town and start their lives again.   Wishing never made a man   and wishing never got you back home.      There's no easy way out      It's coming time for revolution for men without a face   Rising up without a second chance and just seconds to escape   Even if they could get up now, their wounds have only made them all hate.      There's no easy way out      Maybe we'll make it out alive   Maybe we won't stand a chance.   There's no easy way out.
