Clean Lyric
Paragraph Lyric
A child chased a fantasy
And barked his boyhood battle cries
Through a cemetery
Of cubicles and bloodshot eyes
A businessman rebuked the child
For whimsical behavior
Ironically, The Corporate Corpse
Was chastising it's savior.

The child choked
The Corporate Corpse
With words of waning ivelihood
The corpse then coughed up dormant dreams
That flourished in its childhood
Dreams that were ostracized
By notions of reality
Dreams too easily replaced
By routing practicality.

The Warrior Child rebuked the courpse
For drowning in a lie
And allowing social patterns
To leash it with a tie
The Child left The Corporate Corpse
To swallow all his words
The Corpse then yearned to live
And leave the corporate herds.
