Well it's cool out in the water   it's dark down in the sea   and all the old sea urchins they still say hi to me   see i've been a bottomdweller for all eternity   because the bottom of the ocean's always been the place   for me      well i've been up to the surface well i've breached a time or two   looked out on the water from a different point of view   saw the birds asailing up in the clouds so high   well i flapped my gills and puffed the air and dreamt that i could fly      but topside is an ugly place as flat as flat can be   and the sun burns down like an evil eye just keeping tabs on me   thats why i choose to make my home down in the cold and wet   where all my worries get swallowed up in the darkness of the depths ooohhh       well out in the deep blue ocean well there's lots of room to swim   swim on down the abysall plain and we're never coming home again   worry and frustration start bearing down on me   well i'll bury my head in a sandy bed on the bottom of the sea      well it's cool down in the water it's dark down in the sea   and all the old sea urchins they still say hi to me
