I look at you when we're on the couch    and I see one of my close friends.    Moments with you never a waste    but things end at a lightning pace.       And I know as you do    that things don't always stay the same    you're getting married    I'm the one who's left out in the rain       Somehow I wish things could be different    but you're so happy with this    So I'll take the pain I'll bite the bullet    and wish you luck with him       Growing up, moving on,    this road of life it seems too long    I'm tired of losing all my friends    and now this has happened once again       So I pray to my kind God    and I rely upon his love    Times change, people come and go    But with his love I'm always whole.
