At NTUC LearningHub, we exist to play an active role in improving the lifelong employability of Singapore workers. We dedicate ourselves to deliver wide variety of innovative and quality training solutions to help working people to earn a better living and to live a better life.

Formerly known as NTUC Computer Training Centre, NTUC LearningHub has been evolving with the Singapore workers' training needs since 1982 to help them stay employable. We focus on providing high quality training courses that are contemporary and affordable. To date, we have registered more than 300,000 training places.

InfoComm Technology
- Aims to equip trainees with the basic understanding of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and how the knowledge learnt can be beneficial in their workplace
- Programmes offered range from Beginner IT, System Administration and Networking, Office Applications, Multimedia Production and Web Design & Development, Design & Graphics, to Programming and Security Management courses.
- We also offer various certifications like Microsoft Office Specialist Certification, National PCDT - ICDL Certification and CompTIA Certification.
Soft Skills & Literacy
- Prepares individuals and organizations to meet the increasing need for non-IT business and personal skills.
- Programmes offered range from generic soft skills most demanded by employers today such as Customer Service, Communication Skills, Teamwork, Personal Effectiveness, Supervisory and Management Skills and Skills & Marketing, to English and literacy courses.
- Also offers special programme like Employability Camp (EC) that is dedicated at promoting retention in jobs as well as helping retrenched workers to make a smoother transition into their new jobs.
