The idea of Once Upon a Thyme originated in 2011 when we realized that eating good = feeling good. We love pastas; we love herbs. Pasta, a low glycemic index food, is rich in complex carbohydrates and low in fat. Herbs are known to have surprisingly good disease-beating nutrients, while adding wonderful natural flavors to food. But it is also how we cook them that makes a difference. We believe in doing good and making THE difference.

With that in mind, Once Upon a Thyme started its operations at a tiny stall at Golden Mile Food Centre. Helmed by an enthusiastic, passionate chef who honed his culinary skills spending his formative years at notable kitchens in the F&B industry, our formula for happy food is coupled with high regard for quality food. Our signature dishes, Battered Fish Aglio Olio, Chicken Bolognese and Spicy Meatballs Tomato Cream Spaghetti have earned us many rave reviews and the number of regular customers who keep coming back for our pastas are our best testaments to our eat good = feel good philosophy.
