• Regina Quek (Director and Head of the IP Practice)
  Over 20 years of experience in IP matters. Widely recognised for her expertise in the protection, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Singapore and internationally. Regina is also a registered patent agent in Singapore. She successfully completed and passed the South East Asian Drafting Course (SEAD Course) in 1997 and was awarded the Bernard Fisher Scholarship 1997 for Best Student Performance.

• Tracy Chen (Director)
  She co-heads the Banking, Corporate & Capital Markets division of the law corporation. She is actively involved in various aspects of the practice and particularly in corporate finance, banking, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other general corporate matters, acting for both Singapore and foreign private and listed entities. She routinely advises clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, including public takeovers, demergers and corporate restructurings, joint ventures and strategic alliances. With more than 20 years' experience advising on M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters, she has developed a reputation for handling complex and innovative transactions.

  He co-heads the Corporate & Banking Department. Particular emphasis on bi-lateral and syndicated loan transactions, regional and international banking transactions, private banking, regional project financing, financing of sale and purchase of residential, commercial or industrial properties, restructuring and recovery of debt and equity issues.

  He heads the dispute resolution practice at One Legal. He has wide-ranging experience in contentious and non-contentious legal issues. He not only has extensive experience of the trial process but also a valuable perspective on how the Courts approach cases in Singapore.
