Conventional taiyaki is made by pouring waffle batter into a fish-shaped mold for each side and browning the outer part as it cooks. The new version remains white, though it is grilled the same way.

White taiyaki is actually mochi, with a chewy texture and differs from conventional taiyaki.
Most people who eat it for the first time say they have never eaten anything like it!

Besides having a unique mochi exterior, we strive to create unique, interesting and never before used fillings like belgium chocolate, cheesecake, roasted sweet potato, strawberry fromage and many more……. Do feel free to suggest the fillings you would like to have in our mochi taiyaki.
