GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • All charges are subjected to site condition and location
  • Topping up of freon gas and chemical overhaul will be charged separately
  • Payment has to be made and collected by cash or cheque upon completion on site.
  • Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "Projman Pte Ltd".
  • Rates quoted do not include part replacements and repair works.

* Depends on number of units and capacity.

SCOPE OF WORK
To troubleshoot and report on the fault of the air-conditioning system and recommend the most cost-effective solution. We shall replace the faulty parts on the spot if possible or at the soonest at your convenience.



AIRCON SERVICE & MAINTENANCE CONTRACT ONE-TIME SERVICE FROM S$50* / UNIT
*Rates quoted are for residential units only and subject to terms and conditions

WARRANTY : 90 days
