The owner, Mr Steven Chua, helped out at his parents’ stall at Sawarak, Malaysia, since he was a young boy. Having parents who are specialists at QQ noodles and acquiring the secret recipe have, no doubt, given Mr Steven the edge in terms of experience and the cooking process. His QQ noodles are so original that all the ingredients are made by relatives who have come all the way from his home town to Singapore to assist him in the business.
