This metal tends to look a lot like wrought but in fact it is far from it. Our definition of "wrought" iron has changed a lot over the years. Underneath it is still a much smoother and more solid metal but who cares if you can't see it? The fact of the matter is that wrought iron coffee tables whether they are really wrought iron or not can absolutely glorious. The color and the finish are perfect for any room of your home. Just make sure that you know the score before you buy them because you don't want to get taken for a ride. Mild steel tables will be much less costly than actual wrought iron ones. So know your stuff when you walk into any store and make sure that the salesperson knows you know it too. That way he or she will be much less likely to take advantage of you.
