A 'Ribbery' is essentially a place that sells ribs and at RAWC's full restaurant menu, a selection of over 12 types of pork ribs, beef ribs and lamb ribs are cooked to tender, off-the-bone goodness. The wine bit of RAWC is a diverse range of over 200 wine labels, specially chosen to complement the dining experience at RAWC and are sold at retail prices.

From the Ribbery, crowd-favourites include BBQ Pork Ribs ($20), Hickory Smoked Pork Ribs ($20), Cajun Pork Ribs ($20), Marmite Pork Ribs ($22), Honey Mustard Pork Ribs ($22), Five Spice Lamb Ribs ($30), Shiraz Braised Beef Short Ribs ($32), amongst many other tasty, succulent, super tender racks of ribs choices. All ribs come with the diner's choice of two sides, which include mashed potatoes and cabbage slaw.

Besides ribs taking center stage, RAWC's menu also features a range of contemporary, comfort food with starters such as Louisiana Hot Wings ($10), Honey Fried Cheese ($15) and Bacon On Waffles ($12), to hearty main plates like Fancy Mac & Cheese ($18), Rosemary Roast Chicken ($20) and Baked Barramundi with Lemon Caper Sauce ($22). Desserts are as wholesome as they come with Peanut Butter & Banana French Toast ($10) and Sticky Date Brownies ($12).

Housed in Sixth Avenue Centre at Bukit Timah, RAWC is a 70-seater restaurant over two floors of 2,000 sqft in total, which also include a 10-seater bar table at the front al-fresco section of the outlet. Interior is contemporary and casual, with a wall of wines for diners to browse before and during their meal.
