At Salta Argentine Parilla, the 5-metre long charcoal fired grill is the spectacular centre-piece in the restaurant. Called the asador, the grill will cook your meat to perfection. Known for their grass-fed free range beef, the meat is lean, healthy and full of flavour.

The Parrillada platter consist of mixed grilled like: beef sirloin, beef skirt, chicken, pork, sausage, sweetbread, vegetables & potatoes. Just nice for 4 person share.

Salta is highly recommended by my friend so I dropped by to give a try. We’ve ordered the Seafood pasta and the grilled salmon. The seafood pasta is delicious. You can taste the goodness of the seafood in your every bite. The pasta is nicely cooked, not too dry. Love it.

The salmon is nicely placed on the plate. I like crispy grilled salmon skin. I can’t wait any longer to taste it. The skin is crispy and the salmon meat is juicy. It’s cooked to the perfection. But there is too much oil on the plate. The side dishes look like soak in the oil. I have no choice to give up them on my plate. What a waste.

We’ve finished bread at the very beginning before our main course come to us. The waiting time is quite long. So, prepare yourself and drink more water first. I love the complimentary fried sweet potatoes but not the extra side dishes. It’s same as the side dishes that I gave up on my plate so I do not have the initiative to touch it at all.
