About Us

SEA Pacific Paper Tech Sdn Bhd (SPPT) started operation in 2001 by providing project engineering services, supply of chemicals, and equipments to the pulp and paper industry in the South East Asia and Pacific region. In 2006 we started to build our own pulping mill. Our first commercially viable pulp was produced in 2009. In 2011, we extended our capabilities to manufacture sheets and rolls of paper.

We are one of the 1st company in the world to produce pulp and paper from Oil Palm's Biomass.

Products & Services

SPPT either on its own or through its associate companies are:

  • Providing project engineering and process design for a new mill or upgrading of existing one.
  • Supply of pulp and paper making equipment, supporting auxiliaries, and spare parts.
  • Installation and commissioning services for pulp and paper machineries and equipment.
  • Providing consultancy services for process optimization and cost reduction
  • Supply pulp and paper making chemicals and technical services. Produce pulp and paper (in sheets and rolls form) from Oil Palm biomass that is traded under Palmor(TM) brand name.
