The Bistro is Helm by Chef / Co-Owner Firdauz Nasir ‘’Old school food served in restaurant style is the philosophy’’ to Chef Firdauz work. Being taught by Multiple Executive Chef like Chef Christopher Millar, Chef Kentaro Torii, Chef Logan Campbell, Firdauz travelled at young age of 25 and got to learn about cooking techniques in Australia, Malaysia and New Zealand. His Inspiration for cooking is ‘Simplicity & Mouth-watering, creating new dishes ‘Old school to Modern way’ for example in his menu you can try his new Creation Pizza Burg (angus beef patty encrust with pizza dough and served with truffle fries) Tapai Gelato (fermented Tapioca) In house Cured Bresoala (Beef) & Lamb Parma (leg of lamb) and In house made Ricotta cheese You might like this
