About Us

The Singapore Gun Club at Rifle Range Road was started in the early 1950s. It first operated from a tiny zinc-roofed wooden shed of about four square metres! Before the Japanese occupation of Singapore, British forces used the site at the present clubhouse as an ammunition depot. Over the years, World War II grenades, bombs and even pistols have been uncovered from within the shooting range.

ISSF Clay Target Ranges (Olympic Trap, Skeet and Double Trap)

Tuesday to Saturday : 10.00am to 6.00pm (Shooting will end at : 5.30pm)
Sunday/Public Holiday : 9.00am to 5.00pm (Shooting will end at : 4.30pm)


Down-The-Line and Sporting Clay Ranges

Tuesday to Sunday / : 10.00am to 6.00pm (Shooting will end at 5.30pm)
Public Holiday


SGC Armoury

Tuesday to Sunday : 9.00am to 6.00pm
(Including Public Holiday)

Monday : Closed for all clay target ranges and armoury

Coaching/Briefing lesson for 1st timer or beginner to the club will only be available from :

Tuesday to Friday : 2.00pm to 4.00pm
Saturday and Sunday :10.00am to 4.00pm

Advance booking is required.

Please note, all visitors to the facility must show proof of identification (NRIC/FIN/Passport) upon registration. Requirement is by the Authorities.

Rental of Shotgun and Locker

We do have a variety of good grade shotguns for public rental.

Locker facility is only available for SGC members. The rental fee is $40.00 annually.


Amenities
The Club house at Choa Chu Kang Range has a resting area for shooters. Drink vending machines are located within the ranges.

The Club is open to public above the age of 12. If you are interested to join us, please download the application form and mail it to the Club, together with 2 coloured-size photographs.

Membership applications are subject to review and approval by the Management Committee
