Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. Bak kut teh is a Chinese soup popularly served in Singapore. The name literally translates as 'meat bone tea', and, at its simplest, consists of meaty pork ribs in a complex broth of herbs and spices boiled together with pork bones for hours.

Decided to give Song Fa a try after passing by for so many times. Ordered their Pork Ribs Soup $8.50 for two persons with two bowls of rice & a Pu-er tea. Very tasty and really beats all other Bak Kut Teh which I've tried before. Highly recommend!
